🏒 LEITRIM MINOR HOCKEY ASSOCIATION IS LOOKING FOR A DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT! 🏒
We are looking for a dedicated volunteer to take on the role of Director of Development and help support the growth and development of our players and coaches.
Key Responsibilities Include:
🏒 Direct the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of LMHA’s development program
🏒 Provide guidance and support to our coaches
🏒 Schedule development sessions for House League and Goaltenders
🏒 Help ensure our players have meaningful opportunities to develop their skills throughout the season
