Do you have what it takes to lead, develop, and inspire the next generation of Leitrim Hawks players?
We’re looking for driven coaches ready to build strong teams and even stronger cultures. To ensure we’re selecting the right leaders for our players, all applicants will take part in a two-phase interview process:
Phase 1: A conversation centered on coaching philosophy, leadership style, and overall approach
Phase 2: A more technical discussion focused on hockey knowledge, development plans, affiliations, and team execution
